- Each consultation mainly focuses on one main complaint or health issue.
- Please understand online consultation cannot replace face-to-face diagnosis and treatment, nor may it solve all your health concerns.
- We don’t deal with any urgent health issues. Please visit your local emergency department.
How to make an appointment?
Step1: Before starting, new patients please agree and complete the consent and first visit patient forms.
Step2: Book/buy the service online
Zoom meeting: Book with our online booking system and select the service “TCM online consultation(Zoom meeting)”. After you book successfully and finish the payment, you will receive the Zoom meeting URL in the confirmation email. If not received, please check your junk mailbox.(Note: please don’t buy the service directly from here for this option)
Join the scheduled Zoom meeting on time. Check your voice and video before the meeting and ensure it works well. If no-shown in 15 mins, the service will close with no refund.
Messenger chat or WeChat: Buy the service directly from here. And then use our online chat to start the consultation.
