Steps:

1. Payment: Complete the payment process via our online booking system. Then you will receive the links to the questionnaires.
2. Submit the online questionnaire: After registering and logging in, fill out and submit the online questionnaire.
3. Analysis and Prescription: We will analyze the submitted information within 48 hours and provide a tailored prescription(pdf format, sent by email and/or online chat tool).
4. Communication: We recommend patients use our online chat system on the homepage to connect with our TCM practitioner.

1. Dynamic Health Status: The body undergoes continuous changes; hence, self-administration of medication beyond the prescription period is discouraged to avoid inappropriate usage.
