Instructions for TCM Online Consultation and Prescription

Our online prescription service involves a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) diagnosis based on the patient’s submitted tongue images and completed questionnaire, followed by the issuance of a personalized TCM herbal prescription or health report.

1. Payment 支付:
Before we provide our services, please ensure that you have completed the payment through one of the following methods.

2. Submit the online questionnaire 提交问诊信息
After registering and logging in, fill out and submit the online questionnaire. Please always double-check and make sure you submit ALL the forms we require.

Important！ Patients need to provide responses that are as clear, timely, accurate, and grammatically correct as possible. Please double-check to ensure that all forms are completed. This is crucial to ensure that we can accurately understand and comprehensively assess your physical condition.

3. Analysis and Prescription 诊断处方
We will analyze the submitted information within 48 hours and provide a tailored prescription (pdf format, sent by email or online chat tools). 我们会综合分析患者提交的信息，并在48小时内通过邮件或在线聊天工具提交患者中药处方。
4. Communication 及时沟通
We recommend patients use our online chat on the homepage to connect with our TCM practitioner, which links to your Facebook messenger and can guarantee a quick response.
If we require additional consultation, we will contact the patient directly. We kindly ask patients to provide supplementary answers within 12 hours whenever possible.
如果我们还需要进行额外的问诊，我们会直接跟患者联系。请患者尽量在12个小时内提供补充信息。
5. Tracking 跟踪回访
Patients should take medication promptly and adhere to the TCM doctor’s instructions.
To ensure timely recording and understanding of the patient’s condition after medication, please fill out the tracking feedback form on the third day of starting the medication.
患者应该及时用药，并且谨遵医嘱。
为及时记录和了解患者服药后的情况，请在开始服药的第三天，填写跟踪反馈表。
Important Notes 重要提示:
- Please be sure to declare this in advance if you are allergic to any medicines, have any long-term or serious medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are vegetarian.
- Dynamic Health Status: The body undergoes continuous changes; hence, self-administration of medication beyond the prescription period is discouraged to avoid inappropriate usage.
- Dosage Caution: Avoid exceeding the recommended dosage.
- Post-Medication Discomfort: In case of any discomfort after taking the prescribed medication, contact us promptly for assistance.
- Local Regulations: Our prescription dosages may not necessarily comply with the regulatory requirements in your area/country. Seek assistance from a local TCM pharmacy to adjust it to ensure compliance before usage.

Tips on how to take a good tongue picture
Take the picture in natural light with sufficient brightness. Refrain from consuming or ingesting items that may tint the tongue, such as coffee, oranges, or mulberries, before taking the photo. If you have consumed any, please mention it. When taking the photo, allow your tongue to naturally protrude, avoiding excessive force that may cause deformation. Try to capture the entire tongue surface, including the root. If not possible, take a separate photo of the tongue root. To ensure clarity, use the rear camera whenever possible and focus specifically on the tongue surface rather than the face. Please take 2-3 frontal pictures of the tongue and 1 picture with the tongue rolled up
尽可能在足够亮度的自然光下拍摄；拍摄前不要饮用或服用可以染苔的饮料或食物，如咖啡，橘子，桑葚等，如果有服用过，要注明；拍照时舌头自然伸出，避免过度用力导致变形；尽可能拍到整个舌面（包括舌根），如果做不到，就再给舌根单独拍一张照片；为了确保清晰度，请尽量用后置摄像头，并且务必对焦到舌面，而非脸部；请拍摄2-3张舌正面照片，和1张把舌头卷起后的照片。

Patients should not rely solely on health consultations to make a single judgment on the health situation of the body.
