Talk about how to prevent rheumatoid from daily habits

Many wrong living habits of contemporary people have led to an increasing incidence of rheumatoid arthritis. From the common wrong habits I have observed in New Zealand, I would like to remind everyone to reduce the following behaviours to prevent rheumatoid, joint pain or similar rheumatic diseases.
1. Don’t run/jog in the wind and rain;
2. Do not go swimming when your body is sweating or just after the exercise/GYM;
3. When children go to the playground or participate in sports and get sweating, do not give them cold drinks or ice cream immediately;
4. Do not take cold water baths during confinement;
5. In the wet and cold winter, it is necessary to reduce the humidity in the house by opening windows for ventilation and dehumidification;
6. Do not take a cold shower after the sauna.
There is a general rule here. Have you found it? Don’t touch cold water when your body is hot and sweaty and your pores are open. These are external causes. With liver, spleen and kidney deficiency in TCM as internal causes,  diseases will come to the door.
