[Case study] Two lower back pain cases

case one
One man in his 20s complained of low back pain. He has a scar of about 15cm on his ankle due to an ankle fracture operation two months ago. At present, there is no pain at the fracture site, but he felt pain in the lower back. The patient was overweight and strong. The pulse was deep and the two Chi pulses were relevantly weak, and the diagnosis was kidney deficiency causing low back pain. After acupuncture treatments twice, the pain disappeared. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the kidney dominates the bones, and the fracture of the bone can cause kidney qi deficiency, and in this case, tonifying the kidney is the key to treating pain.
case two
One woman in her 30s complained of low back pain. She had a history of premature birth before, his complexion was not bright, his pulse was neutral, but the double chi pulses were quite insufficient, and the pulse could hardly be touched. Also diagnosed as kidney deficiency causing lower back pain. After one acupuncture treatment, the pain disappeared. Women after postpartum, qi and blood can be both deficient, and prone to lack of kidney qi, so after cultivating kidney qi, low back pain quickly disappeared.
The two cases achieved rapid results. In addition to the dialectical accuracy, the two patient’s young age and overall strong pulse were also important factors. If the overall pulse is weak, it will take some more time to adjust the yin and yang first, before the treatment can be effective.
