Breathing Practice Method to Improve Energy

Introduction: This is a group of very simple and easy-to-learn yoga breathing exercises, which is beneficial to improve the energy of the human body. More than ten years ago, it was passed down to me by an Indian yogi. This method does not require extensive movement, and all movements can be performed simply by sitting.

Step one: Long breath

Key Points:
1. Breathe through your nose only
2. When you inhale, stretch your hand up quickly, and when you exhale, you feel like you are pulling the air down with your hands; the breathing process is very fast, powerful, and deep.
3. Keep your back straight at all times, and your arms help push air out of your lungs
4. Extend your hand as far as you can when it goes up, and hold it tight when it goes down
5. Three sets of 15 reps each, with three long breaths in the middle as adjustment and interval
6. The speed of the last group can be appropriately accelerated

Step three:Nostril Breathing

Block the left nostril with the thumb of the left hand, inhale through the right nostril, exhale, close the right nostril with the ring finger of the left hand after exhalation, inhale through the left nostril, exhale, and repeat.
Complete the left-hand and right-hand movements five times each. Pay attention to slow and deep breathing.

The above three steps are completed as a cycle and then repeated twice, for a total of three times.
It is best to practice in the morning on an empty stomach and in a place with good ventilation.
*Please note that this is a very safe breathing exercise, but if you feel any discomfort during the exercise, please stop immediately.
