PAYMENT INFORMATION

We do not store or have access to any of your payment account details, account numbers or PIN numbers, nor will we ever ask you for this information. Payments on our website or in our clinic are handled by New Zealand payment security compliant 3rd-party gateways and at no time is any account security information captured by our systems. Please refer to the payment gateway provider-windcave(known as payment express as well) for information regarding the security of their systems.

We have set up video surveillance equipment in the clinic’s public areas and the consultation room (excluding treatment rooms) due to security requirements.
