By using this Website and our in-clinic services, you accept these terms and conditions together with our Privacy Policy, and Informed consent. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, please do not use this Website and our in-clinic services. You can access these terms and conditions at any time from the bottom of the first page of the Website.
Booking a TCM service from www.hscm.co.nz
By placing a booking through our Website, you warrant that:
A. You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts; and
B. You are at least 18 years old; and
C. All details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to make your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the Products you have ordered.
Booking services can be purchased using a secure online Mastercard or Visa transaction facility. We also accept internet banking as a method of payment on our Website. Customers can be confident that all of their details are protected by the latest security mechanisms and are used only for the purpose of completing the transaction to purchase the Products ordered.
When booking a service, you will be asked to register your email address to complete the purchase. We may also contact you in direct reference to your order.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
We are not responsible if the information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.
This site may contain certain historical information. Historical information, necessarily, is not current and is provided for your reference only. Prices and payment
Prices for our products/services are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
All prices on our Website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and no extra charge for GST.
Patients need to pay the online booking fee. The booking fee will be deducted from the service fee in the clinic when check-out. The service fee should be paid before or immediately after the treatment.
ACC patients should bring a valid ACC number during the first treatment. If the ACC number is not valid, the full price should be paid. When the patient can provide the valid ACC number 5 days after the treatment, we can refund or credit the ACC part fee in 10 working days.
Cancelling booking/No show
Only the booking cancelled 24 hours earlier than the service time will be refunded. It might take around 5-10 working days to complete the refund procedure.
For any herbal medicine in raw/granule/pills etc. and treatment services, we do not provide returns and refunds.
We are happy to exchange, refund or offer a store credit within 7 days for other normal products. Proof of purchase is required. All products returned must be in their original condition, including all packaging.
If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
Reviews
All service reviews will be read and published on the website at our discretion.

HSCM understands its obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. HSCM is also aware of its obligations under the Fair Trading Act 1986 and we strive to ensure that our customers are not misled, either intentionally or unintentionally.
